While scheduling a same day appointment can be difficult, getting a next day appointment was very easy. I arrived 5 minutes prior to my appointment time and was escorted into a room within 5 to 7 minutes of check in. The staff was very thorough in making sure all my concerns were addressed and the provider was thorough with his exam, discussing what I would need to do pending test results and what medications I would need pending said results. When the nurse came back in, she explained the results and made sure I understood everything, addressing any question prior to leaving. I would recommend this location and staff to anyone in need of urgent care.

I called and was added to the walk-in list, called when my appointment was available. It was all good. Friendly, professional staff, clean rooms. I would recommend Indigo to anyone that cant get into their usual care provider. Because it’s Multicare- yr chart and info is immediately available.
